January 22, 2022 – Talent 201: Your Personal Brand

Prerequisites:  Previous attendance of the Maine Masonic College class Talent 101: You’re Showing Up – But Are Your Talents – Completed the CliftonStrengths on-line Talent assessment and provided instructor with your Top 5 results via email one (1) week prior to attending Talent 201. (January 15th at the latest)

“You were designed for accomplishment, engineered for success, and endowed with the seeds of greatness.” Zig Ziglar

In this highly interactive follow-up to Talent 101, participants will develop their own Personal Brand statement, clarifying how they show up and contribute most to the teams, organizations, and communities to which they belong. First, using their Gallup CliftonStrengths results, each participant will explore his/her strongest talents – the best path for accomplishing outcomes. Second, each participant will complete an exercise to help identify his/her core values. Third, through Stephen MR Covey’s work, participants will determine where they are best and where they can improve how they create and foster trust with others. Finally, participants will bring these 3 elements together in the form of a Personal Brand statement providing the road map of how they interact with others and contribute to group accomplishments.

To Register: IMPORTANT: Participants must complete their on-line CliftonStrengths assessment and provide their Top 5 Talents to Malcolm (at the email below) one week in advance of the class. Doing so will register the participant for the class.

Two days prior to the class: Malcolm will provide each participant a PDF containing personalized material for use in the class as well as a zoom link for the class. Mmacdougall1980@gmail.com
