Chowderfest 2020 Fundraiser Wednesday, 13 May 2020, 4:00 to 7:00 pm Congdon’s Donuts/Restaurant Drive thru, Route 1, Wells
St. Aspinquid and Ocean Lodges in partnership with Gary Leach of Congdon’s Donuts are spearheading this effort to raise money to support Good Shepherd Food Bank and help Mainers in this period of severe food insecurity.
Gary Leach and the Congdon’s Restaurant team will dispense the chowders – and a bag of donuts for desert – through their drive thru window on Wednesday from 4:00-7:00 pm.
They are also taking pre-orders for free home delivery. For home delivery, please e-mail us by 12:00, Wednesday at chowderfest2020@gmail.com and include your name, address and contact information along with your chowder request.
There is no set cost for the food but donations are encouraged and gratefully accepted. All donations will be matched by the Maine Masonic Charitable Foundation. Congdon’s will process charge cards; checks should be made to the Maine Masonic Charitable Foundation; and, of course, cash will be received.
