The Course Proposal Guide and Proposal Submission Form are used by the Board of Regents for course consideration and approval. The information provided also serves as a guide for information in brochures and on the web describing your course. No courses will be approved or scheduled without completion of the Course Proposal Submission Form including the Scope Statement. We suggest that you download this form to your computer where you will be able to complete the form using Adobe Reader Software that is likely already installed on your computer. You can then print the form and send it to us.
